What really motivates teams?

Found this info-graphic (I love these forms of displaying captivating information in a single graph) on how to motivate employees on the rypple.com site that I was referred to from the excellent business pundit blog.  If you’re in project management, getting your projects delivered within the triple constraints will NOT get fully realized unless you have a motivated and engaged team.  This info-graphic is a great way to be reminded of what really motivates your teams:

This is very similar to what was outlined in Daniel Pink’s excellent book “Drive: The Surprising Truth About What Motivates Us” that I highly recommend to be read by anyone involved with project management or to anyone who works, which is the majority of the adult population!
