Please view the overview and tutorial below that will guide you in calculating your PMP project hours hassle free and completely automated!

[***NOTE*** - As of present you must have a minimum of 5 years/60 months of unique non-overlapping project management experience of which at least 7500 hours were spent leading or directing the project if you don't have a college degree, or a minimum of 3 years/36 months of which at least 4500 hours were spent leading or directing the project if you have a college degree or more. The phrase "unique non-overlapping" was put in bold as this causes the most confusion. The video clarifies this. As always please refer to the PMI's official PMP Handbook for the final word.]

There was a bug in the plug-in for entering your email to get the link to the PMP hours spreadsheet that prevented the form from showing up, but it is now fixed and all you have to do is enter your email and you will get a link to the spreadsheet.

  I hope you can help me. I am a PM in the technology field. I average 65 projects per year. How can I get the required information manageable? This spreads over 2006 through present day with multiple employers. I am required to document 7500 Hours. Thank you!

  If your using your company’s email address it may have a firewall restriction which prevents you from downloading the spreadsheet. Use a personal email address instead and one on your own computer. The program checks to make sure the files requested is from one computer (using cookies) and email address to prevent spam and download abuse.

The PMP hours spreadsheet looks like a great tool and I’d like to try it. Unfortunately I did not receive the link in an email nor was it contained in SPAM folder. Please email the spreadsheet to me directly.

Hi Don,

The default email address in your plug-in is missteedoc@aol.com and cannot be changed. I’ve tried using a few different browsers but they all just refresh the same page and do not allow you to enter your own email address. Can you please send me a copy of this spreadsheet as it does look to be very helpful.
